Frequently Asked Questions

  1. Log in to your magic land account using either the web browser or the mobile application.
  2. If you're using the web browser, click on the "Verify Account" option and input your email address.
  3. If you're using the mobile application, tap on your avatar, then select 'My Profile'. Input your email address in the designated field and tap on the verify option.
  4. Navigate to the OTP tab to request an OTP (One-Time Password). This OTP will be sent to the email address you provided for verification purposes.
  5. Enter the OTP you received in your registered email address to complete the email verification process.

It's important to note that you have the option to change your email address before initiating the verification process.

  1. Log in to your magic land account using the mobile application.
  2. In the mobile app, tap on your avatar and select "Complete Your KYC". Then, update your personal information such as name and email ID.
  3. After updating the necessary details, save the information and await approval of your KYC.
  4. NOTE: No need to upload your documents images on magic land for KYC, only document number required.

For KYC completion, you are required to provide three mandatory documents: Aadhaar Card , Driving License ID numbers.

  • Pending: Don't worry if your KYC is pending; it means we're currently reviewing your details. You can still proceed to play games and make deposits or withdrawals from your account. For further assistance, feel free to reach out to us at Support@magicland.games or chat with us.

Rejected: If your KYC has been rejected, please note that it might be due to one of the following reasons. If it's not related to any of these reasons, please don't hesitate to contact us at Support@magicland.com or chat with us for further assistance.

  • Uploaded KYC Belongs to Under 18 Individual
  • NRI KYC
  • International KYC
  • Mismatch Between KYC and Bank Details
  • Minor's PAN Card
  • KYC Restricted for Certain State

  1. Kindly note that once KYC or bank details are updated, they cannot be changed.
  2. If there is a discrepancy, please submit your KYC documents along with your bank statement/passbook/cheque to Support@magicland.games or chat with us. Our team will review the documents and provide a resolution.

  1. Yes, changes to your bank details are possible provided you submit supporting documents such as a bank passbook, cheque leaf, or online bank statement. Ensure the snapshot clearly displays your name, bank name, bank address or branch name, bank account number, and IFSC code. Please email us from your registered email ID at support@magicland.games with the subject: "Request to Change Bank Details," along with a reason for the change. Alternatively, you can also reach out to us via chat for assistance.

LOGIN CREDENTIALS & ACCOUNT SECURITY

  1. In case you don’t receive OTP to verify your mobile number, we suggest you restart your Mobile (Network Congestion) & try again. If you still face the same issue please contact customer care via chat or email.

In case you don’t receive an OTP on your email, please check your email spam & junk files & if you still face the same issue please drop an email to us at support@magicland.games with the subject: “ Request to Reset Password” along with a reason or chat with us.

PERSONAL INFORMATION

To change your phone number, simply send an email to support@magicland.games from your registered email address. Use "Request to change Mobile number" as the subject line and include your new mobile number along with a brief reason for the change. Alternatively, you can also chat with us for assistance. Please ensure that the new mobile number has not been previously registered with MagicLand.

Once your email address is verified, it remains unchanged. If your email address hasn't been verified yet, you'll have the option to update it to the correct or valid one. Please be aware that during the email verification process, if you input an incorrect email address, you won't receive the OTP (One-Time Password). Additionally, please ensure that the new email address you provide has not been previously registered with magicland.games.

To change your avatar, follow these steps:

  1. Open the magicland Phone Application and log into your account.
  2. Tap on your current avatar located at the top left corner of the home page.
  3. Next, tap on your avatar again on the following page.
  4. Finally, choose the avatar you prefer from the available options.

ACCOUNT BALANCE

The balance on your account is divided into three parts, as outlined below:

  1. Winnings: This includes any amount wagered on tables, as well as winnings from rummy games or tournaments. Winnings are prioritized for use when joining a ring game or entering a tournament. They are withdrawable, but please note that there will be a 30% TDS deducted from your net winnings at the time of withdrawal. TDS will not be deducted from your deposit amount.
  2. Promo money: Players accumulate promo money through various games, promotions, and deposit offers. These chips cannot be directly withdrawn, but they can be converted into withdrawable winnings after being used in games, promo money funds are the second preference for use when joining a game.
  3. Deposit: This refers to the amount of money you deposit into your account to purchase chips. Deposits can be withdrawn once they are converted into winnings. However, the deposit component of your balance is given the lowest priority when joining a game or entering a tournament.

At the time of joining games, a player’s magic land balance will be debited in the following manner:

Winnings >> Promo money >> Deposit Amount

For example: Player A’s account balance:

  1. Winnings: ₹400
  2. Promo Money : ₹200
  3. Deposit Amount: ₹300
  4. If they want to join a ₹500 table, ₹300 will be deducted from their deposit balance, 15% of table amount (₹75) from their Promo Money balance and ₹125 from their Winning balance.

MY GAMEPLAY & TRANSACTIONS

Follow the steps to check the balance breakup of your account.

  1. Open the Magic Land app on your phone.
  2. Click on the "My Profile" button located in the left corner of the screen.
  3. Next, click on the "Balance" button.

Follow the steps to check the transaction history of your account.

  1. Open the Magic Land app on your phone.
  2. Click on the "My Profile" button located in the left corner of the screen.
  3. Next, click on the "Transactions " button.
  4. you can check all your TDS deductions on your TDS section.
  5. You can check all the bonuses on your Bonus section.

Follow the steps to check the Hand history of your account.

  1. Open the Magic Land app on your phone.
  2. Click on the "My Profile" button located in the left corner of the screen.
  3. Next, click on the "account statement " button.

Players ascend VIP levels by accumulating coins through their participation in cash games. The frequency of cash game play directly influences coin generation, determining the player's ascent on the VIP ladder.
